I was looking at a timber cruise the other day on a parcel I was considering and the delivered domestic number 2  log ( doug fir) was 800.oo  that number was what we got for when futures were at 350 to 450 a thousand. 

If you inform the host and they fix it, or if the host let you know a situation is in the process of being fixed (like maybe a washer needs replaced, but won't be delivered for a week) even if you find minimal things like a single hair on a counter, or bug(s) got in the house.

What matters is you delivering profits to your investors.

A washer and dryer set costs me about $300 delivered.

If anyone for some reason wants the entire mini concert venue then i can sell and deliver it.Been considering a rental business for equipment and if it becomes profitable I'll have equipment to do some dirt work and construction.

Assuming the rents belong to someone else, after failed attempt to deliver rents to the owner, you are required by WA law to turn over the money to the state as abandoned property.

I’m just starting but already I can see people are hungry for the info that’s readily available to them, but seemingly prefer someone (like me😃) delivering it to them.

. -- OR ask for the property delivered vacant and its up to the tenant to apply/reapply as a candidate.My duplex had a tenant on the first floor, luckily for me he was a super nice guy, but I could have been screwed if he was a bad tenant, behind on rent, didn't have a deposit, didn't sign a lease, etc.This is a risk aversion business.

Since it was over 48 hours since the dyer was delivered, the seller considered it a warranty issue, and not a purchase issue, so now we have to wait for a warranty repair from Samsung.It seems likely it will end up being about two weeks without a washer and dryer.
