I set up ACH to my business checking account then upload a PDF of the assignment, fill out the forms online and hit the submit button.

Make sure you have customers to buy before you fill up your store with things to sell, make sure you have buyers for three bedroom homes before you buy one to sell! 

There are a number of things that can be deal breakers for a large pool of potential customers and not having a bathtub in a home is certainly one of them.

Do you have the person handle the front end activities (advertising the properties, showings, leasing, customer service, dispatching) as well as back office (collections, bookkeeping, technology/CRM)?  

Wells Fargo has a program to keep paying customers from becoming non paying ones, which just makes business sense to me.
