I see alot of move In ready homes for sale in my city for 60k and less and I was wondering could I get a fha loan Conventional loan or any type of loan for 60k or less?

I would always buy new equipment to ensure you have your warranties.Also, it sounds like this guy is just trying to offload inventory, I would tell him you want he equipment sized properly.

There seems to be a lot of inventory but the rents are a little to make some of my numbers work.

@ Andrew Major - It takes 1-2 months to close if you finance conventionally.

@Sean Maginess, Conventional wisdom says that anything like an option to purchase that you put into a lease gives the occupant a right of equitable interest which could make it much harder to evict if the time ever came. 

I loved going to Blockbuster, I even told them so on their surveys, but I had no idea what I love even more is pushing a button and immediately watching any movie with no lines, late fees or inventory issues.

I'm trying to decide if I should refinance to a conventional loan after a while, so that I can move to another location and purchase another house with my VA restored VA loan.

Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough.. 

@Ray Pryer I would personally start out with a conventional 5% down loan if I were in your shoes.

As far as "traditional" loans, you're not going the be able to get an fha loan on an investment property, so conventional is pretty much your only option.
