Give or take.The owners bought the house 3 years ago for 140k they have done minor fixer up things and one huge renovation for 10k on there bathroom.The house is small, 2 bed 1.5 bath and 2 car garage.

That being said, I purchased my properties years ago when it was easy to find 3/2 homes with 2 car garages for $115-$130k and these same homes are going for $160-$200k now.

The only house that sold for $108K was 3 bedroom; 2 bath; 2 car garage and also had a finished basement. the seller is asking for $78,000.

I have seen some where you can open from the back and people love it because they do not need to go in front of the road and worry about cars etc. hitting them.
