What are the advantages of doing a BRRRR on an existing property vs. buying the land and building a new house from the ground up? 

Does anyone know of any institutions or people that would lend cash similarly to a line of credit or some alternate option that would help us with buying homes to move into our properties?

I am a traveling healthcare worker and my two major goals are buying multi family properties and going back to school.

You can buy the vacuum sets pretty cheap and there are a ton of videos online on how to do it.

Yeah - this hits on most of the strategies that are still making the numbers work in this market = multi-unit, secondary markets and creating value through BRRRR (buying/renovating -->stabilize instead of turnkey rental purchases)
