Bottom line from what I gather is you need to be compliant with all Dodd Frank, CFPB, and State requirements; but you don't need to have a specific license or registration with any Gov't entity/organization.

Don't know that I have much to offer you, looking at how you introduce yourself, as you have begun your thread, other to point out that the U.S. seems to be headed into a major Recession, into 2021, as a result of the COVID-19 now invading the U.S.
