Some allow no seasoning on title, some require significant seasoning on title, most won't close if the borrower isn't an entity while there are a few that don't care.These loans work very well in a variety of properties from single family to multi family commercial and especially well when borrowers purchase a property, rehab it and then want to cash out based on the appraised value.
