I am also debating if I should use the same Rigid Core LVP on the stairs match instead of carpeting it for ease of cleanup and not having to vacuum but keeping in mind that it is light wood grain pattern quite taupe in color ) would that show stains & dirt fast?

I always post my rentals while they are still occupied and try to build good relationships with my tenants so that they don't mind if I'm showing the unit before they've moved out.

He responded by getting a guy from 120 miles away who had been an arhborist for 6 months at the time (mind you we live in a major city, there are dozens of arbhorists within a few miles of us...he was shopping for someone who was purely new and would say anything for business IMO) to illegally trespass on my property to assess the tree.
