Hey guys, I'm looking to purchase a second home / AirBnb in the North County area of San Diego, more than likely in Carlsbad.I'm looking for an agent that has experience with short term rentals in that area and can help educate me on numbers to expect with a short term rental and also represent me on the purchase. 

Since you are coming from San Fran, labor costs are definitely cheaper here, but material costs are about the same.It depends on what type of project that you are getting yourself into.

Or you can become a broker and work in Beverly HIlls  Manhattan  San Francisco   Seattle  North side Chicago and other high priced markets and have zero risk and make huge commissions.. my wife who just does starter real estate is already at 9.9 million for the year in sales.. you can do the math on that one.. with NO risk and with her experience ZERO Money in advertising.. other than flyers and some basics for her listings..
