Hello,Looking for reference or information for a mortgage company or any financial institution who can do a long term mortgage  refinancing on a Row house with ground rent in Baltimore where the owner is not register with the SDAT.  

It sounds like institutions are less willing to loan to a new entity since it doesn't have a financial history.

Many of the large national banks only want super large deals in major markets unless they have a retail presence in that city.

Does anyone actually like subway tile or are people just brainwashed to like it just because it is "in".For the life of me I can not understand how anyone would like those white cold institutional looking  tiles in their home...

You can start by contacting independent banks and credit unions in the area you are investing in, or asking here at on BP for recommended portfolio lenders nationally or local to the area.

It is now tough to get positive cashflow around sacramento because of the high prices but at least rents went up at the highest rate in sacramento compared to the rest of the nation.
