Hello, does anyone know of a tiny home manufacturer in Southern California with no wheels?

Don't just look at Houses and just one Price...look at Townhomes and Condos and Manufactured and Land etc. etc. to get the overall picture of what is available.

My name is Steph Kemp and I am based out of Northeast Wisconsin, located near Green Bay.I've worked in Manufacturing Operations Management roles my entire career  and am now slowly transitioning out of this to allow more time with my young children.

People want close-in, relatively "affordable" housing as city's become more in favor simply because we are moving away from a city based manufacturing country(dirty and low wage) and into a services country("green" and high wage). 

What I am finding out is that there is some confusion between modular and manufactured homes.

I'm wondering if this new development will bring in potential for more manufacturing centers/distribution centers, or if it will scare off future development of any kind (residential/commercial etc).

My full time job is mechanical engineering, I got my masters degree in manufacturing engineering in 2009.

It was a drug offense. like getting caught with a joint or manufacturing meth? 

The family choose not to sue the teen or his family, their target...... the auto manufacturer.
