It’s clear at this point Zillow is nothing more than a real estate listing site and promotional site for realtors and loan officers.

At the risk of speaking for him, I think the reason he has found comfort in this is he realizes that the 50% axiom need not be an assault on the business of flipping rental property so much as a tool to promote it.

Buying into that guru promotional stuff is a big mistake.I can tell someone all day how to do an option on a property, point out all the advantages and pitfalls, that does not mean that person can accomplish what I can.

The husband just get promoted and need to relocate to our area.They have stable income and most of things looked right.

If you are not then most likely you are working with an affiliate who is promoting another company and collecting a profit which makes it slightly more difficult to get a better deal. 

Now I do remember from my days in Elect Eng if the older homes elect ground wire is also attached to the Cu pipes & a dis-similar galv coated metal is buried in the soil it may be promoting advanced corrosion/sacrificing of the Cu.

They could then sell to a client of theirs and do so by financing it.No, not a wrap, but allowing them to originate and qualify their client.But:The non-profit can't be related to me, its board of directors should be related to me.The N/P should have a valid housing mission in the communityThe mission of the N/P would need to allow business to be conducted that profits to the extent that amounts made would promote the overall mission.If you have a N/P in your area, something along these lines might work.
