Hi all, do you have any recommendations for insurance companies that provide policies for fix and flip projects in Ohio?

Are there websites specifically for travel nurses and corporate housing (finance, technology companies, etc)?

A lot of investors have already found title companies that are familiar with our style of assignments, you can also contact a number of title companies in your area and ask to speak to the sales rep they know who the investor friendly escrow officers are.

I would look more into the details of the company that is wanting to rent the property, and would speak with an attorney about asset protection.
