I'm currently a payroll manager part time and have done other bookkeeping / management jobs, so it was recommended that maybe I find an investor who is needing help managing their books or payroll. 

We don't spend more than we need to, but she wants to create unique products that both create solid financial returns and provide personal satisfaction and portfolio pieces for her social accounts, which fuel design consultation work, which also helps her earn money.Additionally, one thing we do in our houses, to project a high quality product into the world is very good fit and finish work.

While I do help others find opportunities, I focus primarily on purchasing off-market properties myself.I began my real estate investing journey in 2019, starting with property tax sales (Tax Liens/Deeds), and have since built a strong foundation in identifying and acquiring valuable off-market properties.
