We're in 7 other markets across the country and I can honestly say the City of Detroit is beyond a nightmare. 

In the Austin MSA the feeling of economic prosperity is still higher than most other parts of the country and thus it may be understandable that the market is showing a stabilization (month to month median prices unchanged).  

While the barrier to entry has increased, there absolutely is still opportunity here and many people all over the country know that and are actively looking here.I wouldn't mind hopping on a call next week to discuss your situation and see what can be done 👍🏼
