Starting my own venture but would like to work underneath someone who has experience. 

This was completed with 2 joint venture partners, and worked out completely by us (Dennis Smith and Liz Brumer) We purchased the note from a fund and began the workout right away.

I would venture a guess that your flooring was cheap because it's not that durable.

One route you can go is to find a real estate developer or builder who can do a joint venture project with you and split the profits when you flip it.ORThe more creative option is to acquire a short term private money loan in order for you to acquire the property and then pay it back within a 2-5 year span.

But, then I asked others that are experience and ventured in this type of business, and they said they have Home Owners Insurance and others have Rental Insurance...I'm totally lost, now!
