Backyard has a unit which is 600 sq ft 1BR/1BA with kitchen, and a 400 sq ft studio without kitchen.

A little while back, I also saw that Amazon has an agreement to open a distribution center in Sacramento.http://www.sacbee.com/news/business/technology/art...Fresno has some big pluses as well and the city seems to be working to bring in businesses.  

For people who want to sell products, my advice is look into selling on eBay or Amazon.

read the reviews on amazon also on here. i have 5 houses that have them and different keys open the locks, the "correct" key opens the deadbolt, but not the lock, tenants get locked out, etc. etc.it's an amazing concept and easy to use, but not 100% accurate.
