A fellow in my investing group IM'd me on Facebook about a house he found which has been empty for a few years.

the way I did it is by going to the local reia group, posting my properties on real estate investing facebook groups, and putting bandit signs at the home depot and lowes on a property I had for sale "to investor".  

There are also a couple of Meet-up groups and a facebook group.

I have made a FaceBook page and my posts are seen by thousands of people, but still no leads.
