Filters get changed every 3-4 month but before winter and summer it’s tye must.I change the filter once a year because most tenants would rather breathe dirty air than spend $10.

This time of year through the holidays is usually slower for leasing, add to it Covid and the destruction done in parts of mpls and I not surprised that its slow in that area.  

At closing I was given paperwork to formalize the last extension as I gave a verbal yes, but did not put it in writing because of the holidays.

Hi, one of my rental house was one of the many significantly impacted by the winter storms in Texas and sustained heavy damage, most of which won't be covered by insurance.

But, I rented out my house (that was not the original intent) because I could not sell it in the middle of winter and had to move. 

@Milind Shastri, it makes me thankful my market is only about 3-4 weeks, but given COVID, winter storm, demand, etc that doesn't surprise me.  

We put the process on hold for the winter as we weren't going to be able to start with the cold weather - we are also expecting so we prioritized baby over house for the time.

There was NO slow down for the Holidays !!!!!!
