I'd considered staying there for my trip, but chose not to because the AirBNBs were so expensive!  

Never having been on the Gulf Coast of FL before, we took 2 trips.

(Btw - are you the same Colby Pool from our Australia trip?) 

I usually did a week trip about 3-4 months out  to do my house hunting and start teh paperwork process, ended up closing  when I arrived for my move.   

A thing to consider about the school district: I used to live in Rincon and my kids use to belong to Blandford Elementary one of the best schools in Effingham in my opinion; but then we moved to Guyton and they changed them to Sand Hill, well my wife didn't like sand hill and she requested to leave them in Blandford, the only down side is they have to be car riders, they can't ride on the bus because is out of district.Back to Funds...So while you are paying cheap rent, leasing your house, and collecting all this money then is time to find some lease purchases deal yourself or owner financing with low money down.

A big challenge in the  last couple of years have been tenants in different units not getting along and trying to throw each other under the bus.

They’ve got some big capital projects going on, including a highway connecting Pueblo to Pueblo West (there’s currently only on main road for that trip).

I make trips about twice a year to look over things.

I fear I will have to make another trip to Ky to take care of this.  

@Thomas Beuerman If you're going to be moving the mobile home, be sure to put trip insurance on it for the move.
