A fair amount of young families are moving in to the area and I see that trend continuing.

I could have focused the rehab on market trends and functionality of the home instead of my likings.

I don't know the Florida market so I can't argue either way but the trends in housing types do not match this style of house.

It seems that networking and asking around at local venues are the meat and potatoes of finding a pulse for a neighborhood’s current and future Supply and Demand.Are there any other strategies and tips for staying updated with future city/business development plans, new market trends, etc?
