Is there just one loan involved or are there several?

I originally became involved in REI through my step-father who is a pretty successful rental property investor.

If someone asked how much the house was and they answered everone involved on the sale side could be fined.

Setting up the trust is one of the easier parts of the process which usually involves around a 90 day Close of Escrow (COE).

The other three board members have been in place for years: one for six (not running again) one involved for 15, (he and his brother have been pres or vp for about 15 years (He's also not running for re-election this time, but I don’t know if his brother is) and the third, the same-BM for years.
