It seems as if Atlanta is this haven for flippers and wholesalers and I would like to live in the house to learn property management first hand but I don' t know the area very well.Charleston on the other hand is very familiar to me.

Ugh its been about 15 years since we got a mortgage on something and I just did not realize how stressful it is.

I am 19 years old I do t know anything about Ruby on Rails but I am 120% sure I can learn this skill.

(A side consideration here are other goals such as family, lifestyle, stress reduction, travel, or whatever apply to your situation.  

Firing him wasn't terribly feasible as I did t feel he'd done anything grossly wrong.

I just want to lift the stress of poverty...even though most of us are middle class, we all grew up poor...and create more freedom in our lives so I can totally relate to your mission.I'm wishing you the very best!

I love backpacking when I get the chance and having that kind of money to use for adventuring would mean less stress and uncertainty. :)

If you are going to be doing this on an ongoing basis, stress that this will not be a "one off" deal and that you want someone to take good care of you and that you will be using them on a regular basis.
