I would just contact support to ensure that everything is in order.  

I sent in my ACH information and I sent an email to the support team asking about the length of the disbursement process (5-7 business days).

I have a fairly low earning hourly wage W-2 job but it does support mortgages that have units with leases in place which my bank counts towards my income.

I am willing to figure out with tenant on options but this complicated the support for tenant.
