Downtown Fargo is making a big comeback with Mezzaluna, the Hotel Donaldson, etc.

Does anyone invest in hotels for cash flow?

I was there in December and the town, including the hotel zone was pretty much empty, or at least compared to what it usually is.

Once you do that, then you should take a look at the different types of investment strategies: equity versus debt, commercial real estate versus residential, and if you go with commercial  than the different sub  asset types like  apartments, retail,  hotels,  self storage, etc..

Hotels are being built or existing ones like the Wyndham are being upgraded- possibly to provide an alternative to future Wynn Boston Harbor casino patrons.7. 

You'll notice how many hotels are around airports.Those there for actually town tourism will probably want something more central and peaceful and walkable and close to the action. 

. - Most of the troubled with real estate is on certain asset class only, in particular, office building A/B , mall and/or hotels.

Except no such thing was ever said and all their claims are easily proven as lies.Funny thing the tenant claimed they were staying at a hotel/motel and called them and they said they had no beg bug infestation, etc.

And, since it is a STR and provided you worked more hours in material participation than any other person, it is an active investment just like a hotel would be.
