Managing your own properties ESP. in the beginning teaches invaluable life lessons, it teaches you how to deal with situations you have not been faced with, it teaches you how to read people, how to manage people, how to manage a business, how to build relationships with contractors Etc.....Experience is the BEST teacher, no matter how many books you read, seminars you attend, and or courses you take, NOTHING replaces real world experience.
