This is a great place to start though and learn.I would join some Host and local Facebook groups or see if you can find any property management groups that may need help in your area.

You've got a really good start, looks very clean, good start to theming, but you just need to take it to a level that most others aren't doing and you can justify a higher ADR. 

I have met up with local realtors and started a few relationships with investors. 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.
