My partners and I have made this mistake ourselves, once you open the company you have to keep it open and in absence of a deal that will be out of pocket.As for finding funding for your deals, local Real estate clubs are great and BP is a good source also.

As a general rule, any income earned from sources within a non-residence state is taxable income in that state, as well as in your state of residence.

I would not do business with a lender that required me to provide them with a credit report from another source, which would require me to give my personal information including SSAN to an unknown entity.
