Disclaimer: I'm a first time poster so please bear with me.I'm a Michigander moving to Savannah Georgia (well, Richmond Hill) late this summer (2020).

I used an exterior paint from Bears at Home Depot.

However I wanted to know from folks familiar with that market if this is enough of a margin to bear with or should one be expecting higher economic vacancies, longer turnover times etc which would reduce this margin considerably?

And cut all living expenses to the absolute bear minimum.

So far we've come up with an investment property in Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear,  a multi family (2-4 units)  in the IE or even as far as Palm Springs.

Stocks will need to converted into cash and then in to real estate to bear the tax burdens.  

Or should I go for a premium property near the Sleeping Bear Dunes or Charlevoix?  

Soil typesNot all dirt or property is worth the same Road access from the highway.
