I love this feature on BP!

So as long as you haven't used the 401k in a manner that gained an unfair advantage over an SDIRA (such as using the 50k loan feature or having the 401k borrow money free of UBIT), it seems unlikely that the penalty would be to "distribute" your entire plan.

Not exactly the shade of tan I would have chosen, but it looks more custom to me and it makes the white features pop more.

The software is very full featured and handles all tasks for the entire property management lifecycle.I think their pricing is a little high if your self-managing a small number of properties, but I think is more reasonable above 100 properties.Nate
