Your contract with the management company should indicate whether they have the right to sign leases on your behalf, they don't always, it can be a limited agency-the scope of which will be outlined in writing.

It will cost me to break the contract I have with my PM now, but as long as it's with the right one, it'll be worth it.The good thing is, the properties are listed on Zillow and Trulia!
