if not... then don't.i primarily BRRRR and that is very much not a cash flow play unless you sell a BRRRR... and 'selling a BRRRR' is just flipping.what i definitely would not do is plow all $500K into one thing / one building / one asset.are your other properties paid off?

I’m Not even sure this lady can sell it down the road with these restrictions in place, assuming another person doesn’t force her out in 3 years.I was just seeking ideas for a course of action that doesn’t require hiring a lawyer as the first step.

With the DSCR refinance, part of the process is telling title how to vest the property.
