It just makes me sad. 

It is almost as if dishonesty has become the norm..sad to say.  

Sadly, because we are using whitepages.com the numbers are out of service 40% of the time and the wrong person 50% of the time. 10% of the time we get their voicemail, and have drafted a script and read that.

The sad part, it's not hard to learn and new folks don't understand the value of learning.
