Understand loan products before making offers.

The manufacturer/distributor should have tracked down the cause to stop returns of their product.

I would consider that a red flag and cause for concern in the future.This opinion is based on the fact that I would personally pay full price for my significant others products or services offered in a given venture.

I firmly believe that type of product you provide is also a direct reflection of the type of tenant you will obtain.  

I have attached our product sheet, which is a summary of the lending programs we offer.

Plus if you’re wholesaling this type of product won’t move quickly so you will probably actuall have to buy it.  

Vrbo is a better product for me. 

Ohio, for example, has a nice online system that lets you look at oil and gas well data, which includes production, type of well, name, etc.With oil and gas, you ought to consider an attorney.

There was some chitter chatter about them expanding their footprint to a few other counties (they only lend on real estate within their specific county footprint of business), one cost of that would have been no longer being able to offer that HELOC (I guess the HELOC is a good "gateway product" to get new checking/savings account customers, new car loan and wealth management customers, you get the idea).

I'm going to make a list of questions and sit down with the lender and hammer out the details so I fully understand the product.
