I just had my sewer line replaced at my primary residence last week. 

What should I be looking out for to make sure I am protecting myself in this position? 

Do you already own your primary residence?

We wound up having to replace our sewer line on our primary residence.

When I first saw the site I got really excited but then began to see the fine print.I heard the scariest thing from a youtuber regarding this site; the youtuber stated that even though you might be the auction winner and have met all the reserves, you could have only purchased a 2nd position lien??? 

Most investors try and take advantage of the Primary Home, Secondary home program without concern.When you buy too close in proximity and too soon in terms of sale date you trigger red flags.

I am in the same position that I want to start taking action but want to make sure I understand my paperwork and have a title and attorney who understands it in my corner.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.
