Would it be considered acceptable or ridiculous to ask an accredited and very active RE investor who is interested in a deal you are looking at (whom you hope to develop a positive relationship with and or/ partner or invest with you) to sign a non-circumvention agreement, prior to them seeing the deal AND prior to having the deal in question under contract?

At this point, we have no idea what changes will be made but Meghan did say she wanted to make sure everyone on both sides of the issue (STR owners and public who are against STR's) get to see the revised regulation prior to the meeting.

I'd highly recommend building a relationship with a PM prior to purchasing any property to determine rental rates/demand.

It could be great and the tenant/prior landlord kept up on maintenance, or it could need 30 years of updating.

You should not believe what you may have heard about apartment complexes requiring any prior experience in real estate investors running apartment complexes..
