Joined the site a few weeks back and can't believe how much I've picked up/learned in such a short period of time.

For us, for the few liens we were able to pick up at 16%, most of them were redeemed within weeks, so we did all the hard work and only ended up making a few dollars, then when the liens are redeemed you can't get any more until the following year, so your money stops working for you!

Yesterday, we received word that we were picked as part of the 15% to rent our unit out!

Hi @Joshua McGinnis did you end up picking anything up at the auction?  

When they begin to pick up on the financial restitution and fines available to them and understanding how lucrative financial laws can be, they may well stop chasing an ambulance and start  driving for dollars looking for Rent-To-Own signs!

Might provide more leads to the agent, because... it's not just that agents want to get their listings sold, they also want to pick up buyers, and saying they can get a free buying report could be the lead generation magnet.

I decided that I did not know enough about any of this, so I pick out what I wanted to do, Buying and Flipping, and rentals.

Also helpful to me was pick an reo, and completely run a mock situation that includes everything you can think of.
