I work full time in the HVAC industry in NC and we are currently in our busyest (I had a real hard time spelling busyest...busyist...busiest...oh well you know what I mean) time of year and have been working pretty much from 7:00am to around 9:00pm everyday except Sunday which is usually around 9:00am till 4:00pm.

I am learning about the "proper" way to take advantage of leveraging equity using rentals/apartments/leases and holding the properties for an extended period of time, i.e. for years.I have an industrial property I purchased using some of the equity in my home.

My background was in the Automotive Industry, working for a very large company in the administration part of the business....I decided that I needed something more than just a 8 to 5 job and looked into the Real Estate Industry......I've been doing this business for the last 15 years and found a very nice side to this Industry...As an International property locator....
