The official way to do this is to create a Property Management Agreement between the owner of the property and the rental manager.

@Carlos RoviraI finally got an answer from the condo association and they basically said no, that those rooms are for official board meetings or official condominium sponsored events and whatnot. 

Hotels successfully lobbied local governments and you cannot use your home for whatever you want (insert "thanks Obama" joke).

And yes, we do shop at Home Depot and Menards, matter of fact the big box stores regularly bid and lobby for our volume, and I have many times been a top volume purchaser in the individual stores and with that the managers know exactly who I am and what I do, cashiers who knows.

Even if you are NOT a member of my OSU Credit Union they only charge you a couple of dollars as a “non member” to walk in and use them in the lobby.

I researched this company fairly well on the internet and they have a lot of positive feedback though I know this could be fabricated but had little else to go on to ensure we found a property management company who would look after our interests.Is anyone able  a/ provide property management services for our 3 bedroomed detached house in Rochester and b/ assist in directing us to an official, the police, Rochester City or how would I file a crime report?
