Hi folks,Over the last 6-8 months, i been really trying to jump into a new construction of mfh.

Aside from redoing the floor and installing thick rubber noise barrier, which will be very expensive, what do folks recommend on solutions to decrease the impact noise heard on the 1st floor?

Hey Joe,I agree with the folks above - garbage disposals don't add value and are just a pain.

I always think of Wyoming as being beautiful and peaceful and only nice folks there, and my city (LA) and my former city (New York) as being the main places all the crazy folks are.

I think that we will see some attack like a wealth tax that affects folks like Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett not necessarily the smaller players.

I've heard good things about smallbiz dot com though from folks in my mastermind group.

These folks get deleted.The standard response to the ad is "is it available?". 

I am finding that most 1st or even 2nd tier folks in the mortgage department are not experienced with this and have no idea what to do.
