Meet realtors, property managers, etc in the areas and get a feel for the types of properties you want to acquire. 

From all the podcasts, forum posts, books and meet ups I have been too.. it seems to be a great way to get started!

I'm currently wholesaling in new haven county in CT.I’ve been meeting with prospects lately and haven’t been able to get anything under contract.
