I think units furnished with modern comfort but local personality would do well with film industry people, traveling nurses, families of hospital patients, and possibly medical residents.Also, we're getting an Amazon fulfillment center, so that should be good.

What the credit analyst would have missed is that if I buy a trampoline, it will double my primary property insurance, and if someone gets hurt, they can sue me and I will lose my house (giant medical bill) because it is under my name, not LLC.
