@Max T.For me the biggest benefit to landlord locks is the single master key that opens every unit.

The main floor 500 sq ft is a concrete slab and should be fairly easy whatever goes in.

It seems to be that way, I have a decent amount of rental and flip properties so when my main contractor can spare a guy for a small project he will usually only when we have a full rehab going on another project.

Mainly because of the apartment complexes (condos) right there.  

I think the main idea of my post is that banks don't typically lend to businesses without sufficient assets and business operations - likewise, banks typically don't lend to individuals without income and credit.

My main question is how to get started? 

I'm mainly posting this one to get more eyes on my plan and see what the BP community can offer as advice.

My main concern is the financial part.
