One route I'm interested in is direct mail.

I have never sent a yellow letter and have only gotten 1 or 2 deals from Direct mail. 

I'm reading Ken McElroy's ABCs book right now and he recommends getting on mailing lists for multifamily pro formas so I can practice crunching the numbers down to creating an offer.

As a side note, here in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area, I have received various “official” notices in the mail with a very strong call to action.

He also informed me that he maintains a seperate mailing address for his mail which he did not provide me a copy of.   

Best idea I have is hiring a handyman off craigslist to change the locks and put one key in the mail to me, and one in  lockbox at the house.

Reminds me of something creative @Al Williamson might do..

Also you can look up properties owned by the company and look for mailing address and lastly you can look for properties they bought or sold and see who signed the deeds and mortgages.

But if the notices aren't mailed until Monday, then from my understanding according to Iowa law, even if I post notice to their door on Saturday, I have to wait until the certified mail has arrived and count three days after that.  

I sent an e mail to BP headquarters but I thought the membership would be able to give me a quick fix thank you in advance
