So rather than selling $10-15k of  investments, couldn’t I get a short term loan to use to pay bank back?

Hey @Michael Lee, we just completed another six-plex loan in NY last month with similar terms for our client.

My investment property is in upstate NY and I live out of state and am managing myself (via my brother that lives in town), not a house hack, long term rental on both sides.

I've found Kiavi a bit better for the short term fix & flip (lower fees) and LendingOne a bit better for the 30 year DSCR (lower rate). 

Being that I am do not in incorporated Palm Springs, I do not fall under the city's short term rental regulations.

I live in Los Angeles, so it makes things tricky in terms of flips and in-state investing.

It sounds like a long time, but RE is a long term game.

It was pretty long and basically barely found one and it still all boils down to insurance.
