The skip tracing aspect (phones and emails) of these leads often goes through a 3rd party platform.

Hello BP community,My name is Ben and today is my first day on this platform.

It sounds like it has all the information I’m looking for in an easy to use platform.

It's a free property management platform. 

Anybody know of any suggestions to get more traction on this platform besides pricing?

I live in Idaho and have two rentals and looking for a legit software (nothing crazy) that will help me stay organized, have proper forms such as application, lease etc. 

@Steffany Boldrini I’m stuck on the same Question but I’m having a Aah Moment in that’s A properties Governmental troubles originate from from the county records Office an I’m sure for the one that takes the trouble to dig up the information they’ll want a pretty penny I think it’s well worth the effort to just visit them in person and find the information yourself I think by doing that the percentage of finding legit deals goes up Exponentially

Do you know if this will stop or if there are other better platforms to post rental properties for rent.
