I like the app interface it provides for managing the listing - slightly less clunky than CL.Additionally, I used (I hope I can say this, but mods remove if not appropriate) rentometer.com to spitball my price range, and I got the top end right away...it was spot on.

We want to make sure that come tax time, we are all taken care of, but writing and sending a check every 2 weeks also does not seem efficient...We have thought about using an app like Venmo to send money, but wonder if that leaves enough of a paper trail come tax time?

A lot of calculating, analytically-oriented investors get stuck creating spreadsheets and running equations and forget they actually have to BUY something at some point.Glad to have you here, and also utilize Meetup.com I found a lot of real estate groups on there (browser-based and iphone app) and you can get plugged in very quickly.My dayjob is real estate investing, so let's meet up sometime and go over your ideas!
