Has anyone used Intuit Tax Advisor for creating a personal tax strategy?

Is the architect providing any other design services (finishes, layouts, booth design, cabinets, partitions)?

This house is the proverbial "ugliest house on the the nice street" and every other house that has the same layout has converted the downstairs.

Some will lay out specifically what is considered commercial and what is residential, others are more vague. 

However I would lay out the pros and cons of each software to help you out.

Intuitively, if it's downtown Fort Worth then I imagine there is other stuff nearby. 

This property had the perfect layout to split the yard for both units.

My intuition is that as Austin continues to develop and attract more investors and people and as the Apple/Tesla/Google/Oracle/etc campuses establish themselves here, the property and STR rates will still have a healthy room to appreciate.
