There was no clean out near the street, so they installed one - also, free.

This project is essentially a complete gut that will include addition of roughly 700 SQF, new roof, siding, landscaping, privacy fence, hardwood flooring installation, interior re-design into an open concept floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc.

Also, French Drains are not that expensive to install.

Everywhere I look for cost effective doors I run into the places that want to do a home consultation and want to install the doors for me.

If water/sewer is available, it will almost certainly be cheaper to tap into that (even if you have to install some sort of grinder pump) than to replace the old septic with a new aerated (especially if it's a small lot and requires a drip system) system.Is the house hooked up to a personal well?
