They help you understand what all the numbers are for your individual cases?

I am a landlord with a unique SFH rental in the SF bay area, I lease out (month to month) individual bedrooms and manage the property off site (I don't live there).

However; there's no guarantee of what the market in the future will do, as every area is different and it depends on supply and demand at the time. 

I have rented out/airbnb'd rooms on the property in the past, so I'm familiar with demand.

Am planning on selling this property on the open real estate market and is looking for an attorney or individual to do a quite title action on it. 

The deep pockets (individuals or hedge funds) just don't go into smaller towns so you can still get deals every now and then.

It's just going to depend on the individual broker.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to share their individual experience regarding this type of loan option?

It may slow demand a little in high cost areas for a minute, but when people are already buying in cashflow negative area, you really think they care that much about the cashflow or cost?
